Nigerian quarter-miler Ella Onojuvwevwo has announced her sponsorship of the Women’s 400m at the Athletic Heat 10th Anniversary Meet, describing it as a great honour to support the event. The African indoor record holder has an outdoor personal best of 49.47 seconds, making her the fourth-fastest Nigerian woman and sixth-fastest African woman in history over the distance.
A two-time World U20 champion in the 4x400m relay, Onojuvwevwo has continued to make her mark internationally through her collegiate career at Louisiana State University (LSU) and her performances for Team Nigeria. Her achievements reflect her consistency and growth as one of Nigeria’s leading 400m talents.
