Nwanaga competed for the UMBC Retrievers and Florida State Seminoles track and field teams in the United States. She won silver at the 2015 African Junior Championships before claiming gold at the 2015 African Games.

She continued to establish herself on the continental stage, finishing fourth at the 2016 African Championships and sixth at the 2018 Commonwealth Games. In 2018, she won gold at the African Championships before successfully defending her title at the 2019 African Games.

Her personal best of 58.15m, achieved in July 2017 in Ozoro, established a Nigerian national record in the women’s javelin.

Through her sponsorship of the women’s javelin at the Athletic Heat 10th Anniversary Meet, Nwanaga is supporting athletes competing in her discipline and contributing to opportunities for the next generation of Nigerian throwers.

Esther Osisike, Nigeria’s Women’s Discus Throw Star.

Esther Osisike has built an impressive record in collegiate track and field in the United States, competing for the UTEP Miners.

During the 2025 outdoor season, Osisike won the Conference USA discus title with a personal-best throw of 56.22m and qualified for the NCAA West First Round in the event.

She also won the shot put and discus at the Desert Heat Classic and Sun City Classic. In the hammer throw, she recorded a personal best of 55.27m at the Don Kirby Tailwind Twilight, while achieving a shot put personal best of 15.13m at the Beach Invite.
