The Athletics Federation of Nigeria (AFN) has officially announced the U18 & U20 Confederation of African Athletics (CAA) Trials, set to take place from June 30 to July 1, 2025, at the Shagamu Stadium in Ogun State. This highly anticipated event will serve as the official selection trial for Nigerian athletes hoping to represent the country at the upcoming CAA U18 and U20 African Championships.
All participating athletes are required to come with essential documents including their original NIN slip, birth certificate, FSLC or WAEC results, depending on their level. According to the AFN, selected athletes will proceed directly into national camp immediately after the trials, as preparations intensify for the continental championships.
