After a long season, the Nigerian athlete, and World record holder, over the women’s 100mH, Tobi Amusan, and Ese Brume, the women’s long jump World Championship silver medalist, Commonwealth Games Winner and Record Holder, has just signed a partnership deal with Premium Trust Bank, Nigeria.
Tobi Amusan, who started her 2022 season from breaking the African Record in the 100mH women event twice, also put up an amazing performance from the heats, to the final, of World Athletics Championships, Oregon 2022, breaking the world record twice in a day, despite the second being windy.
Ese Brume who also made her way up to the World Athletics Championships, Oregon 2022, picked up a Silver Medal, and moved on to the Commonwealth Games and upgraded to Gold Medal. They are definitely making a big name for themselves and also gained popularity as well, and also for the sport.
At the unveiling of the athletes, Mr. Emmanuel Emefienim, The Managing Director of Premium Trust Bank said, “We are excited about this brand endorsement deal as we strongly believe that it’s a huge win for young Nigerians. Besides, they are excited at their partnership deal which was announced earlier a few days ago which will run for three years. Tobi took to her Instagram page and said “I believe Premium Trust Bank is that trusted financial partner which can create a solution to a better lives, helping us grow, dream, and become an inspiration.”
This isn’t the first, and definitely not the last, as we won’t be surprised if they both get to sign with many more brands as well, bringing a light to the sport itself.
