In heat 5, Rasmus Vehmma from Finland delivered a strong performance, crossing the finish line first in 13.60 seconds. Matteo Togni of Italy finished second with a time of 13.68 seconds, while South African Werner Bezuidenhout crossed the line in 13.95 seconds for third place.
